<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device capable of suppressing the increase of its size and ensuring a predetermined reduction gear ratio between a power generation means and a driving wheel. <P>SOLUTION: The driving device 100 comprises a first motor 11, a second motor 12, and a Ravigneau type planetary gear device 20. The output of the first motor 11 is input in a ring gear 23 of the planetary gear device 20, and the output of the second motor 12 is input in a first sun gear 21A of the planetary gear device 20, respectively. A power transmission shaft 14L for left rear wheels is mounted on a carrier 22 of the planetary gear device 20, and a power transmission shaft 14R for right rear wheels is mounted on the second sun gear.
