摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anode for a secondary battery which is suitable for a lithium ion secondary battery and has a high capacity and is excellent in charge/discharge characteristics and generates little of an irreversible capacity. <P>SOLUTION: Silicon in an anode active substance layer provided in an anode current collector has an amorphous structure with a low degree of a local order. A Raman spectrum in the amorphous structure after an initial charge/discharge satisfies a relation of 0.25&le;LA/TO and/or a relation of 0.45&le;LO/TO wherein TO is a strength at a dispersing peak occurring near a shift position 480 cm<SP>-1</SP>by dispersing due to traverse wave optical phonon, LA is a strength at a dispersing peak occurring near a shift position 300 cm<SP>-1</SP>by dispersing due to longitudinal wave acoustic phonon and LO is a strength at a dispersing peak occurring near a shift position 400 cm<SP>-1</SP>due to longitudinal wave optical phonon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
