PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing fiber laminate which is largely improved in handleability or shaping properties, and resin impregnation properties at the time of molding while keeping the advantage of a unidirectional reinforcing fiber base material, for obtaining a surface grade at the time of production of a molded object, and also to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The reinforcing fiber laminate is constituted by superposing two unidirectional reinforcing fiber base material layers, in which the reinforcing fibers are unidirectionally arranged, one upon another so as to mutually fix them by the binding material comprising a thermoplastic resin interposed between the two layers, and integrally handles two unidirectional reinforcing fiber base material layers.
