PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device with enhanced operability. SOLUTION: The input device 10 has a wheel ring 102 rotatable in the direction of extension around a predetermined axis of rotation, and a wheel ring 104 chained with the wheel ring 102 and rotatable in the direction of extension around a rotation axis perpendicular to the rotation axis of the wheel ring 102.
