PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock handle device for a door, which can be easily and accurately attached to the door, without the use of a rotary tool such as a screwdriver. SOLUTION: A barrel portion 2 is protrusively formed on the upper back surface of a fixed body 1; a receiving cylinder portion 40 of a lock storage cylinder portion 22 is protrusively formed on its lower back surface; locking grooves 41 and 41 are formed on both the right and left side surface portions of the barrel portion 2, respectively; and locking grooves 42 and 42 are formed on both the right and left side surface portions of the receiving cylinder portion 40, respectively. An elastic clip plate 30, which is to be individually inserted into the locking grooves 41 and 41 and the locking grooves 42 and 42, comprises: a pair of base plate portions 34 and 34 which are brought into pressure contact with rear-side groove wall surfaces 43 and 44 of the locking grooves 41 and 42; a V-shaped supporting-point plate 45 which connects root portions of the base plate portions 34 and 34 together and brings them into pressure contact with a backside 27b of the door 27; a finger hook plate portion 31 which is continuously formed on the supporting-point plate portion 45; and V-shaped leading plate portions 33 and 33 which are continuously formed on the supporting-point portion 45; and V-shaped leading plate portions 33 and 33 which are continuously formed at the extremity of the base plate portions 34 and 34, respectively, and which are brought into pressure contact with the backside 27b of the door 27.
