PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition capable of effectively inducing a phylactic ability against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition comprises any of the following ingredients (1) to (3) or the like: (1) a mixture of vectors containing a DNA encoding the total length (part) of a cell outer membrane protein OprF of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a DNA encoding the total length (part) of a cell outer membrane protein OprI of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a DNA encoding the total length (part) of a type III secretion mechanism control protein PcrV of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa and a DNA encoding the total length (part) of a filiform appendage protein PilA of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa, respectively, (2) a vector containing a DNA encoding a fusion protein of the total length (part) of the cell outer membrane protein OprF of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the total length (part) of the cell outer membrane protein OprI of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the total length (part) of the type III secretion mechanism control protein PcrV and the total length (part) of the filiform appendage protein PilA and (3) a mixture of the total length (part) of the cell outer membrane protein OprF of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa with the total length (part) of the cell outer membrane protein OprI of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the total length (part) of the type III secretion mechanism control protein PcrV of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the total length (part) of the filiform appendage protein PilA of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
