PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presser implement for manual slicer, which is appropriate as a household cooking implement since it is easily used with a simple constitution and it lightly and quietly performs a slicing work, and also which performs slicing to the end in the usage state without changing a material to be sliced even if the material is gradually reduced in size. SOLUTION: The presser implement 20 includes: a plate-like movable base 21 which is freely slidably assembled onto a support frame 11 on the side of the manual slicer 10 and has a center opening 21a; and a pressure board 22 which is freely openably connected to the movable base 21 and pressures the upper surface of the material W to be sliced. Freely slidable assembling to the support frame 11 of the movable base 21 is performed with the use of an upper rail 23 and a lower rail 24 to be respectively positioned on the upper and lower sides of the right and left side rails 14 which projectes sideward.
