摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structurally simple antishock mechanism which prevents a deterioration in the integration of a structure of a building, and which has general-purpose properties enabling application even to a building with no steel-pipe column. SOLUTION: This antishock mechanism, which is provided in the building having a spread foundation 2 supported by leveling concrete 1 on bearing ground 10, relaxes an impact in the restoration of the building, the spread foundation of which has been lifted from the leveling concrete by a horizontal force. The antishock mechanism is provided with an antishock member 3, the one end of which is fixed to the spread foundation, the other end of which is fixed to the leveling concrete, the intermediate portion of which is plastically deformed by a tensile force associated with a lift, and which is deformed by a compressive force in the restoration of the building, so as to relax the impact in the restoration of the building.
