A system and a method for providing a customized mobile banking service are provided to make a VM(Virtual Machine) customized to each enterprise and install the customized VM to a mobile terminal of officers/employees of the enterprise, thereby increasing invitation of enterprise customers and the number of mobile banking users. An information storing part(365) makes and stores a customized mobile banking program including a service function customized to each enterprise. An officer/employee authenticator(320) authenticates a mobile terminal of officers/employees of the enterprise by linking with an officer/employee information database(330) storing authentication information of the officers/employees when the customized mobile banking program is provided to the mobile terminal of the officers/employees. A program provider(355) provides the customized mobile banking program to the authenticated mobile terminal of the officers/employees. A service provider supports a service customized to the enterprise and mobile banking of the officers/employees by linking with the customized mobile banking program installed in the mobile terminal of the officers/employees.
