ENERGY RESIDUAL-QUANTITY INFORMATION SYSTEM AND ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy residual-quantity information system conducting a control preventing the run out of an energy until reaching to a place capable of supplying the energy when the residual quantity of the energy is reduced and a program for the energy residual-quantity information system.

SOLUTION: An authentication communication system uses a portable terminal 110 and an authentication terminal 100 as portable energy-source drives and limiting the function of the portable terminal 110 with the mutual distance of the portable terminal 110 and the authentication terminal 100 radio-communicating with the portable terminal 110. In the authentication communication system, the portable terminal 110 changes a communication space between the portable terminal 110 and the authentication terminal 100 or limits the function of the portable terminal 110 or conducts both the change and the limitation on the basis of a positional information acquired by a portable-terminal place-information acquiring means 118 and the residual quantity of the energy measured by a portable-terminal energy residual-quantity measuring means 112.
