<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical liquid container which prevents bacteria from penetrating, facilitates manufacture, and is equipped with a check valve capable of certainly preventing the back flow of a chemical liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The chemical liquid container has a container main body 1, a cap 2, an intermediate member 3 and an inner plug 4. The cap 2 is provided with a chemical liquid discharge passage 25 and an air introducing passage 28 and the intermediate member 3 has the pipe member 35 protruded toward the inside of the container main body 1. A hydrophilic filter 29 is installed between a chemical liquid introducing passage 34 and a chemical liquid discharge passage 25, and a filter 37 between the air supply passage 36 and air sending-out passage 43 communicating with the air introducing passage 28. The air sending-out passage 43 communicates with the interior of the container main body 1 through the check valve for passing air in the direction of going toward the inside of the container main body 1 by the contact of the inner peripheral surface of an annular valve 42 with the outer peripheral surface of the pipe member 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
