摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a diamond sinter which has good electrical conductivity by a simple and efficient procedure. <P>SOLUTION: The diamond sinter which has good electrical conductivity is produced by using a raw-material powder which is obtained by mixing 80-99.4 wt.% diamond powder, 0.5-15 wt.% boron powder and, as a binding phase component, 0.1-10 wt.% carbonate powder comprising one or more of the carbonates of Mg, Ca, Sr, and Ba and composite carbonates of two or more of these, and sintering the raw-material powder under ultra high-pressure and high-temperature conditions to disperse the boron into the diamond as a first step, and then to melt the binding phase component as a second step and cause it to infiltrate into and fill the interstices among particles of the diamond powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
