<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and high performance ignitor for an internal combustion engine ignition device. <P>SOLUTION: In the ignitor for the internal combustion engine ignition device performing shut off control of primary current of the internal combustion engine ignition device, having an external connection terminal outputting and inputting signal with a battery or an external ECU, a drive element shutting off primary current, a control element operated by signal from the ECU, and a bonding part housed in a case, including a collector electric potential output part outputting collector electric potential in the drive element, and provided with a collector output terminal connected to a primary coil of an ignition device in the case, the bonding part and the collector output terminal are arranged in the shortest distance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
