PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock-up clutch control device for reducing dragging by setting lock-up clutch releasing pressure to be higher for a predetermined time when detecting a change of an engine revolution speed in a state that an oil temperature reaches a predetermined value or lower at stopping a vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicle lock-up clutch control device is used in a fluid transmission device for an automatic transmission. The device comprises (a) an oil temperature determining means for determining that an operating oil temperature reaches a predetermined value or lower, (b) a revolution change determining means for determining a change of engine revolution, and (c) a setting means for setting lock-up clutch releasing pressure to be higher than static pressure when the oil temperature reaches the predetermined value or lower and the change of engine revolution is detected.
