PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle navigation device for calculating its approximate arrival predicted time by performing map matching even when traveling on a road not described on road map data such as a newly constructed road. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle navigation device includes: calculating a predicted connection point of a route of an out-of-data road estimated on the basis of a traveling direction of a vehicle in which the vehicle on the road map data is not included on the road map data and a data coded road included on the road map data; and outputting to preparing guide information concerning passage of the out-of-data road on the basis of information of the predicted connection point.
