PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "navigation device" and a "method of displaying a facility image" enabling a user to recognize various information on a facility from an image corresponding to the facility. SOLUTION: A navigation device 100 comprises: a buffer memory 104 for memorizing road information etc. used to draw a map image, facility information including a node of a facility and a plurality of attributes of the facility, and data of an icon image corresponding to each of a plurality of attributes of the facility; a map drawing part 106 for drawing any of the icon images corresponding to a plurality of attributes of the facility included in the facility information in the position on the map image corresponding to the node included in the facility information as well as drawing a map image based on the road information etc; and an image synthesizing part 118 for displaying the drawn image on a display 70.
