PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant load sensor of a seat for a vehicle that can accurately measure the load of an occupant sitting on a seat and can be miniaturized. SOLUTION: The load sensor 1 includes a strain member 10, a connecting shaft 4, a strain gauge plate 20 that is a surface of the strain member 10, is adhered between both ends and the center part, and has a bridge half circuitry HB formed of two strain detection elements 22 and 23, an upper bracket 45, an amplifier substrate 51, and an FPC substrate 30. The FPC substrate 30 is connected to the amplifier substrate 51 and to the strain gauge plate 20 between both ends and the center part of the strain member 10. A Wheatstone bridge circuit is formed of the bridge half circuitry HB formed on each strain gauge plate 20 and wiring patterns 37a, 37b, 37c, 38a, 38b and 38c formed on the FPC substrate 30.
