PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing an aminoalkoxysilane compound by substituting in high selectivity a secondary amino group for only one of the alkoxy groups in a dialkoxysilanes. SOLUTION: The method for synthesizing the aminoalkoxysilane compound comprises the following two steps: the first step of conducting a reaction between a dialkoxysilane compound (A) of the formula, R<SP>1</SP>R<SP>2</SP>Si(OR<SP>3</SP>)<SB>2</SB>, and a metal salt of an amine of the formula, R<SP>4</SP>NHMX<SB>n-1</SB>, to obtain a first reaction product including an aminoalkoxysilane compound of the formula, R<SP>1</SP>R<SP>2</SP>Si(OR<SP>3</SP>)NHR<SP>4</SP>; and the second step of adding, to the above first reaction product, a silane compound (B) of the formula, R<SP>5</SP>Si(OR<SP>6</SP>)<SB>4-n</SB>, having a boiling point differing from that of the above aminoalkoxysilane compound.
