<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of important information with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming part 2 forms an image on a paper sheet based on image information. A discharge part 6 is provided with an outlet 6a on which the paper sheet with the image formed, thereon can be placed and from which the paper sheet can be taken out. An operation panel 7 has a plate shape rotatably provided in the vicinity of the outlet 6a to close the outlet 6a and accepts execution commands including an image forming command and can be positioned at a take-out position where the paper sheet in the discharge part 6 can be taken out and a non-take-out position where the paper sheet cannot be taken out from the discharge part 6 by being positioned to close the outlet 6a. A position change accepting means 81 accepts a position change command between the take-out position and the non-take-out position.
