<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin letterpress for high-definition printing which ensures a uniform relief depth and avoids reduction in relief strength while maintaining edge sharpness of relief protrusions, or to provide a method for manufacturing an element panel for an organic El display by which a high-definition pattern of a luminescent layer of an organic EL element can be uniformly and stably formed using the resin letterpress plate. <P>SOLUTION: The resin letterpress plate is obtained by forming a relief by exposing and developing a photosensitive resin layer (30) stacked on a substrate (1), wherein the photosensitive resin layer (30) consists of two layers (31, 32) different in light scattering property and the layer (32) closer to the substrate has higher light scattering property than the layer (31) closer to a surface layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
