<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable terminals having different conditions, such as terminal receptacle of slot and memory card terminal, to be cleaned equally including each hole and corner. <P>SOLUTION: In a chassis 1, at the central shaft 9 in engagement with a knob 10, the central shaft 9 formmed eccentrically with a cleaning brush 11 is set, an insertion hole 3 for inserting a memory card 17, a bottom surface part 5 and a striking part 4 are formed. In the insertion hole 3, a slide knob 7 is attached. Moreover, in a lid 12, a bottle mounting box 13 and a frame 14 are arranged, and in the frame 14, absorbent material 15 is attached and formed.
