<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate which is excellent in perceptivity, weather resistance, ultraviolet ray transmission preventing effect and adhesion between a polarizer and a protection layer and in which polarization degree is maintained even under high temperature high humidity. <P>SOLUTION: The polarizing plate is constituted by laminating a protection layer and a polarizer via a light cation curing adhesive containing aliphatic epoxy, alicyclic epoxy and/or oxetane and a photoinitiator. The protection layer comprises an intermediate layer 1 which consists of a UV absorber and a thermoplastic resin, a surface layer 2 which is laminated on one side of the intermediate layer 1 and which consists of an acrylic resin having glass transition temperature (Tg) of ≥100°C and a surface layer 3 which is laminated on another side of the intermediate layer 1 and which consists of the acrylic resin having glass transition temperature (Tg) of ≥100°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
