<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally control a rotation angle to be applied to a rotation orthogonal code in accordance with a change in a propagation path characteristic in a mobile communication system that applies the rotation orthogonal code. <P>SOLUTION: This adaptive rotation angle controlling device is provided with a communication quality approximate expression storing part 41 for storing a communication quality approximate expression including receiving quality information, amplitude fluctuation information and a rotation angle as variables, an operating part 42 for substituting the receiving quality information, the amplitude fluctuation information and the rotation angle of input information for a communication quality approximate expression and calculating a value of the communication quality approximate expression, and an adaptive control part 43 for giving the rotation angle to the operating part 42, receiving the communication quality information being the value of the communication quality approximate expression calculated by using the rotation angle from the operating part 42 and determining an optimum rotation angle on the basis of the received communication quality information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
