PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a regular switching terminal to a switching-destination terminal without making a switching-source terminal directly indicate a switching destination while maintaining services which are being provided.

SOLUTION: A terminal switching system according to the present invention switches a communication terminal in communication among a plurality of communication terminals that specified users use to another communication terminal. The terminal switching system includes a terminal managing means of previously managing a plurality of communication terminals to be switched by the specified users; a switching control means of authenticating the adequacy of a switching-source terminal based upon dialog information and sending a transfer request to a switching-destination terminal retrieved from the terminal managing means when receiving switching intention notice including at least dialog information related to communication from the switching-source terminal in the communication; and a switching performance means of establishing a session with the communication terminal as a communication target and performs transfer processing for the switching-destination terminal on receiving the transfer request from the switching control means.
