PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an editing/sending-out system that can automatically detect a position where one raw material is automatically divided into a plurality of pieces from a raw material of low resolution by confirming a raw material picture by reproducing the raw material of low resolution without control over a video server. SOLUTION: The editing and sending-out system using the video server records the raw material of low resolution having the same low resolution with a raw material for broadcasting in a data server when recording the raw material for broadcasting in the video server, analyzes the recorded raw material of low resolution, and automatically detects the raw material division position to divide the raw material for broadcasting into the plurality of pieces.
