PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of compensating both a frequency offset (CFO) and a DC component offset (DCO) without a pilot signal, since although in the signal of an OFDM system, the CFO and DCO are caused, and in a method of compensating them by mixing a pilot signal with a communication signal to correct it, a compensating method using no pilot signal is needed for signal compensation in a pilot signal period when the pilot signal period is long. SOLUTION: Singular value decomposition of a matrix of a system where the CDO and DCO are caused is performed using orthogonality of an OFDM signal to previously find a numeral string of CFO candidate values and CFO check data with which zeros can be demodulated from a reception signal, and a compensating unit (17) multiplies the reception signal by the numerals one after another.
