PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw-fastening structure for improving workability, while preventing falling-off of a screw, in screw fastening work performed when arranging and installing an electronic and electric equipment device, in the screw-fastening structure. SOLUTION: This screw-fastening structure fixes two sheet metal members by fastening of the screw, and is composed of a cylindrical metallic bush for pressing one end side in a prepared hole arranged in the installation side sheet metal member and forming a slipping-out preventive step part on the opening part inner periphery of a sleeve insertion hole opening on the other end side, a cylindrical resin sleeve slidingly inserted into the sleeve insertion hole, forming a slit in the axial direction on the insertion side tip and forming a locking claw locked on the step part in the peripheral direction of the insertion side tip, and the screw pressed in the sleeve, and is characterized in that the bush is set in a height dimension having no tip projection of a shaft part of the screw from the bush when the locking claw of the sleeve is locked on the step part.
