PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw-fastening structure for improving workability, while preventing falling-off of a screw, in screw fastening work performed when arranging and installing an electronic and electric equipment device, in the screw-fastening structure. SOLUTION: This invention related to the claim item 1 is the screw-fastening structure for fixing two sheet metal members by fastening of the screw, and is composed of a cylindrical metallic bush for pressing one end side in a prepared hole arranged in the installation side sheet metal member and forming an annular recessed part in the peripheral direction on the inner periphery of a screw insertion hole opening in the axial direction, a slipping-out preventive member stored in the recessed part and having a spring characteristic, and the screw inserted into the screw insertion hole, and is characterized in that the slipping-out preventive member elastically holds a shaft part of the screw inserted into the screw insertion hole. In the invention related to the claim item 2, and in the screw-fastening structure written in the claim item 1, the slipping-out preventive member is a cross-sectional C-shaped ring member a little smaller in an inner diameter than an outer diameter of the shaft part of the screw.
