PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll axis type crushing apparatus and a crusher of tiles using the same causing no clogging between roll shafts, or between the roll shafts and a reaction member by objects to be crushed, and no discharge of the objects without being crushed. SOLUTION: The roll axis type crushing apparatus is provided with a body 2 with a charge port 2a and a discharge port 2b of objects to be crushed formed therein, roll shafts 4, 5 provided in the body and crushing the objects abutting on an outer periphery, and a roll shaft driving device 6 for rotating the roll shafts. The roll shafts 4, 5 are composed of sprocket-like disk members 10 having protruded teeth of triangular side cross sections formed on the outer periphery, and completely round disk members 10 that are alternately axially stacked. At least one of the sprocket-like disk members is attached to a rotary shaft part rotated by the roll shaft driving device 6 in the rotation direction of the roll shaft with a play.
