PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a using method of a Peltier element arranged at a drop discharge head and a mounting structure of the Peltier element arranged at the drop discharge head, which realize drying of a liquid drop and cooling of the drop discharge head by the Peltier element, achieve a reduction in amount of parts and resource saving, and is also environmentally friendly. SOLUTION: The Peltier element PT is installed so that each cooling part PTa tangentially contacts a side 30a, 30b of the drop discharge 30. Then, a heat conduction plate 40 is connected to a heat generation part PTb of the Peltier element PT and a heat release part 40b of the heat conduction part 40 is arranged to face a green sheet 4G each other.
