PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread making machine to/from which an ingredient container is freely attached and detached without affecting the total height of a product and which is made so that taking-out of a bread case after a bread making process is ended is not obstructed. SOLUTION: The ingredient container 24 includes a container body 25 and a container lid set 47 attached to the container body 25 so as to be freely opened and closed. The ingredient container 24 is freely detachably attached to the inner surface of a body lid set 18, and the ingredient container 24 is fully opened to the height of the inner surface of the main body lid set 18 when it is disengaged from the container lid set 47.
