PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a banking structure for preventing longitudinal positional dislocation and an inclination or overturning of a panel for constituting a retaining wall. SOLUTION: This construction method of the banking structure is composed of a process of arranging a precast concrete panel 4 on a foundation block 3 in a lower part of the slope natural ground 2, a process of fixing the precast concrete panel 4 to the foundation block 3 by a hollow tension rod 16 inserted into a through-hole 22 of the precast concrete panel, a process of injecting and tensioning grout 34 into the through-hole 22 of the precast concrete panel by the hollow tension rod 16, a process of inputting a banking material 6 between the precast concrete panel 4 and the slope natural ground 2, and a process of laying a reinforcing material 22 on an upper surface of the banking material 6. The retaining wall 5 of the predetermined height and a banking layer 7 of layering the banking material 6 in a multistage shape, are formed by successively repeating these whole processes.
