The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium: a polymer resulting from the copolymerization: a) at least one monomer A chosen from esters resulting from the reaction of (meth)acrylic acid with a monoalcohol containing from 2 to 20 carbon atoms, b) at least one monomer B chosen from esters derived from the reaction of methacrylic acid with a monoalcohol containing from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and c) at least one monomer C chosen from N-vinyllactams and derivatives thereof, and an organic solvent phase comprising at least one first organic solvent, the said phase being free of lower monoalcohol containing from 1 to 5 carbon atoms or of C<SUB>3</SUB>-C<SUB>4 </SUB>ketone, or containing them in a weight content, relative to the total weight of the composition, of less than or equal to 15%.
