An energy combining apparatus capable of generating and charging an electric power using light and heat is provided to effectively and easily condense light by disposing convex lenses around a center in a constant curvature. A support mirror(2) is made of semi-circular transmission material, and has a certain curvature around a center(P). Plural convex lenses(5) are fixed to a fixing plate(4) which is spaced apart from the support mirror and has a certain curvature around the center. A heat absorbing member is filled in the support mirror, and a power generator receives heat absorbed by the heat absorbing member to generate an electric power. A charging member is charged with the power generated by the power generator.
