An inspection apparatus for LCDs(Liquid Crystal Displays) is provided to conveniently perform replacement work for polarizing films by installing rollers to shift more than two connected polarizing films. An inspection apparatus for LCDs comprises a support frame(100), a plurality of polarizing films(101,102), a polarizing film replacement unit, and a light source(105). A substrate is mounted on the support frame. The polarizing film replacement unit changes polarizing films according to inspection types so that one of them can face the substrate. The light source supplies light to the substrate through the polarizing films. Both ends of each of the polarizing films are linked to the other through connection units(103). The polarizing film replacement unit is composed of more than one roller(104). |
