ORGANIC ELECTRO-LUMINESCENCE DISPLAY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

An organic electro-luminescence display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent reduction of a light emitting region and a lifespan of a display panel due to impurities introduced into the light emitting region exposed by a separator. A manufacturing method of an organic electro-luminescence display includes the steps of: forming a switching thin film transistor(T1) and a driving thin film transistor(T2) on a substrate; forming a polarization layer including first to third contact holes(42,44,46) to expose a drain electrode(58) of the switching thin film transistor and a drain electrode(70) and a gate electrode(64) of the driving thin film transistor; forming a transparent conductive film on the planarization layer; forming a separator with a hydrophobic surface on the transparent conductive film; forming an organic light emitting layer(82) on the separator; and forming a second electrode(86) to cover the organic light emitting layer.
