A thermal energy storage air conditioner is provided to precisely measure the amount of heat storage substances being frozen by measuring electrical resistance responding to a thickness of ice formed on an outer side of a thermal energy storage heat exchanger. A thermal energy storage air conditioner comprises an ice level detecting member(500) including a detection part(520), a resistance part(540) electrically connected to the detection part, a galvanometer part(560), and an analysis part(580). The detection part is spaced apart from a thermal energy storage heat exchanger to generate different electrical resistance depending on whether the detection part is in contact with ice formed on an outer side of the thermal energy storage heat exchanger. The galvanometer part displays a contact degree of the detection part and the ice in the form of voltage in response to the electrical resistance. |
