The invention relates to antidazzling devices, in particular to devices for preventing drivers from dazzle, and is directed at increasing the operating safety of vehicles by decreasing by many times the intensity of light received by a driver from the head lights of on-coming vehicles. The inventive antidazzling system comprises a polariser (of a lighting unit emitting linearly polarised light) and an analyser (for example, spectacles provided with polarised lenses). The tilting angles of a polarisation plane to horizon away from the driver in the travelling direction are situated within a range of [112.5°; 135°] U [135°; 157.5°] for the polariser and within a range of [22.5°; 45°] U [45°; 67.5°] for the analyser, or within a within a range of [22.5°; 45°] U [45°; 67.5°] for the polariser and within a range of [112.5°; 135°] U [135°; 157.5°] for the analyser. The invention makes it possible to substantially (from 50% to 100%) decrease the intensity of light received from external (dazzling) light sources without substantially reducing light emitted by proper head lights.
