<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for realizing the improvement of serum lipids and furthermore, achieving the purpose of preventing and/or treating lifestyle-related diseases by combining vitamins or analogs thereof which are extremely safe even when ingested regularly. <P>SOLUTION: A composition (1) containing pantethine, carnitines, and coenzyme Q10, and a composition (2) containing pantethine, carnitines, coenzyme Q10, and thiamines, are provided. The compositions (1) and (2) provide excellent effects of lowering serum cholesterol, serum neutral fat, and serum non-HDL cholesterol, and consequently, capable of preventing and/or treating lifestyle-related diseases.
