<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery element which suppresses increase in the series resistance of a first current-collecting electrode, mainly made of an aluminum and a second current-collecting electrode mainly made of a silver to maintain the output characteristics and relax the warpage of the battery, and to provide a solar battery module, using the solar battery element. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery element includes the first current-collecting electrode, mainly made of an aluminum which is formed on part of a semiconductor substrate, and the second current-collecting electrode, mainly made of silver which is overlaid on at least a part of the first current-collecting electrode.
