<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading screw capable of reducing the phenomenon where a biased load is applied on the kneading screw without deteriorating kneading performance, a twin-screw extruder having the kneading screw, and an assembling method of a kneading screw. <P>SOLUTION: The kneading screw 41 is equipped with at least two rotor segments (8a, 8b) for kneading which are assembled in the axial direction of the kneading screw 41 and perform kneading of a kneading object. The rotor segments (8a, 8b) for kneading mutually adjacent in the axial direction are assembled to the kneading screw 41 (see Fig.4 (a)) by furthermore mutually shifting the phase of a blade top part 19 at the center position in each axial direction of the both mutually adjacent rotor segments (8a, 8b) for kneading than the case (see Fig.4 (b)) when it is disposed so that the phase of the blade top part of the end part of the mutually adjacent segment becomes the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
