PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire which enables homogeneous vulcanizing of both side wall parts without substantially increasing a bladder manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire, a green tire T is inserted in a vulcanization mold 11, consisting of a top mold 13 and a bottom mold 14, with a tire axis O direction set vertically, and the tire T is vulcanization-molded by inflating the bladder 15 inserted into the green tire T with an injected heated fluid. Further, the vulcanization molding of the green tire T carried out by interposing a flexible sheet 10 between the inner surface of the side wall part 2 (7) of the top mold 13 side of the green tire T and the bladder 15.
