PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device by which a source desired to be outputted from a speaker and a source desired to be recorded are freely selected. SOLUTION: A switch 19M is provided at a rear stage of an echo canceler 18. In addition, switches 191, 192 are provided also to rear stages (rear stages of an amplifier, an A-D converter) of an input terminal 1 (CH.1) and an input terminal 2 (CH.2). Sounds outputted from the switch 19M, the switch 191 and the switch 192 are mixed by a mixer 202 to be outputted from a recording output terminal (REC OUT). In addition, sounds outputted from the switch 19M and the echo canceler 18 (the CH.1 and the CH.2) are mixed by a mixer 201 to be emitted from the speaker 23. Sources of the sounds emitted from the speaker and the source of the sound outputted from the recording output terminal are freely selected by changing an output destination of each switch.
