PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method, by which fine particles ranging from submicron order to nanometer order can be easily produced in a short time. SOLUTION: A raw material solution is prepared by dissolving a raw material constituting inorganic fine particles in a prescribed solvent. Then, a raw material solution containing a polymer is prepared by adding and dissolving the polymer in the raw material solution. Further, the raw material solution containing the polymer is heated to a prescribed temperature to decompose and remove the polymer material contained in the raw material solution containing the polymer, and thereby, the inorganic fine particles are produced.
