PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a stamp to be depressed in synchronism with the cutting of a film without utilizing any electrical control. SOLUTION: This package film feeding device comprises a cutter 17 having a blade with a length traversing the width of a film drawn out of a film holding part 3, a stamp 14 arranged between the cutter 17 and the film holding part 3, a cutter cover 18 usually covering the blade and causing the blade to be exposed while being descended, supporting members 19, 20 having tips fixed to the cutter cover, a receiving member 26 connected to the rear end of the supporting member 20 and having a stamp receiving surface 26a oppositely facing the stamp surface 14a of the stamp 14, and a fulcrum point member 23 for supporting an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of the supporting member in such a way that it can be oscillated with respect to a device mounting table 5. This package film feeding device is constituted in such a way that the receiving member 26 connected to the rear end of the supporting member ascends when the cutter covere 18 is depressed down to cut a film 4 and the stamp receiving surface 26a pushes the film against the stamp surface 14a.
