PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storing member which prevents some foreign substances such as dusts or specks and the like from adhering to a spout member. SOLUTION: A storing member 1 of this invention has a main body 3 having soft synthetic resin sheets 1a overlapped to each other and adhered from each other to enable a stored item to be stored in it, and a spout member 10 fixed to a weld region in the main body 3 to enable the stored item in the main body to be discharged out of it. This spout member 10 has an opening part for use in discharging the stored it and a seal opening member 15 connected to the opening part through a thin-wall part, projected toward an inside part of the main body of the storing member and enabling a seal opening operation to be performed through holding at a sheet 1a.
