PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overturn-prevention structure capable of effectively preventing furniture from overturning even if a gap is formed between the structure and the furniture in the use and the distance to the ceiling is extended after the structure is set. SOLUTION: The overturn-prevention structure 1 has a ceiling side disposed member 10 to be disposed on the ceiling 91 side, a presser member 11 to be pressed against the furniture 90 as an object to be prevented from overturning, and an energization member 12. The downward movement of the presser member 11 is permitted while the upward movement is prohibited between the ceiling side disposed member 10 and the presser member 11, and the presser member 11 is energized downward by the energization member 12.
