Process to manufacture load-bearing panel for e.g. automobile by bonding fleece fibre panel profile cover to base panel

In a process to manufacture a load-bearing interior surface for e.g. an automotive load platform, the platform consists of a base panel with a retrofit profiled top surface. The profiled surface is a semi-finished fleece fibre panel incorporating a reactive resin and bonded to the upper face of the base panel. The base panel upper surface also consists of fleece fibre with reactive resin. The two layers are bonded under heat and pressure until the two reactive resins form a permanent bond.
