In order to avoid any positional misalignment between an ink passage hole (12c) formed on a manifold plate (7) and a nozzle (10) formed on a nozzle plate (9), the nozzle plate (9) on which no nozzle has been formed, is stacked on and bonded to the manifold plate (7) having the ink passage hole (12c). After the nozzle plate is bonded to the manifold plate, the nozzle is formed on the nozzle plate. Then, a water-repellent film (92) is formed on an ink-discharging surface of the nozzle plate (9). Further, a cavity plate (3) or the like is bonded to the manifold plate, and an ink jet head (101) is completed. |
