It is intended to provide an interlabial pad which can be appropriately attached between labia being not linear but concave in shape. An interlabial pad (1) in which a high-compression rigid region (10) having a high compression repulsive force is formed at the central part of a center line X-X' in the longitudinal direction. At the attachment, this high-compression rigid region (10) becomes convex in shape and thus can be put into the concave part between the labia.
